After graduating from DuCret School of Art, under the guidance of the renowned
illustrator, Peter Caras, Michael created a portfolio with well-planned illustrations.
Michael Kupka’s paintings capture more than a likeness of the characters
he depicts. He brings together all the ingredients necessary to make a painting
work. His use of color and composition bring his paintings to life, which is
why he attracts the eye of respected art critics and enthusiasts. In 2001 U.S.
Art Magazine named Michael Kupka one of the “25 artist you should know”. |
